Course description
This course covers fundamental computer vision topics and applications, including introduction to the newest technology based on the CV research - Six Sense at MIT Media Lab, the basic concepts and goals of CV, photo stitching and panorama. At the end of the course, there is a final competition on making panoramas of the Dewitt school campus by taking overlapping photos and stitching using online software PhotoSynth. The course is listed as a sample course in GRASSHOPR program today.
